To keep your BURGA travel mug looking vibrant and working flawlessly, hand wash with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners, do not put it in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid prolonged soaking to preserve the color vibrancy.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Orders need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.
