To keep your BURGA water bottle looking fierce and functioning flawlessly, hand wash with mild detergent only. Avoid abrasive sponges or cleaners, and never, ever pop it in the dishwasher or microwave. Avoid prolonged soaking to preserve the print's vibrancy.

Shipping

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe. The shipments are fully tracked—from our door to yours.

Orders need 2-3 business days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.

Tracking

All orders are 100% tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order leaves our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.
