SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the majority of countries worldwide.

  • Can I get free shipping?

We have free shipping for all orders above $140 AUD.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping expenses depend on the country you live in. The price will be shown to you before submitting the purchase during the checkout process.

  • How long does the shipping take?

If you live in Europe, the shipping may take 3-10 business days. However, if you live across the ocean (the USA or Canada), it may take 7-15 business days for the parcel to reach you. Please keep in mind that times of delivery can be affected by the busy seasons such as Christmas or other holidays, which may cause a slight delay during such period.

  • I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?

If your item is taking too long to arrive, please contact us, and we will immediately offer you a solution.

  • Can I get the tracking information?

We ship all of our orders with fully tracked mailing services, and you should have received your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

 

RETURNS

  • I want to return the item. How can I do it?

Simply contact us with a reason for your return, and we will be happy to help.

PRODUCTS

  • What are your cases made of?

Our snap cases are made of hard plastic (polycarbonate), and our tough cases are dual-layer, made of shock-absorbing TPU inside and outside is hard plastic (polycarbonate) shell.

  • Are your phone cases MagSafe®️ compatible?

Yes. Our Elite and Tough phone cases are available both in MagSafe®️ compatible and non-compatible options. Please be mindful of this when picking your desired phone case type. Snap cases are NOT MagSafe®️ compatible.

  • Which phone models do you have cases for?

We make cases for all the iPhones starting from iPhone 6, for all Samsung Galaxy phones starting from S7, and other Android phones.

  • Who designs BURGA cases?

Our cases are created by our internal team of graphic designers that are highly passionate about the latest trends in fashion and style. Cases are being manufactured in and shipped out of our factory in Europe, Lithuania.
